HTML Formating for Signature

Hey when I edit my Signature there stands that BBCODE and HTML is ON but the most commands doesn't work like you see in my signature...
It doesn't gets centred....

What's the problem wiht the forum here?

Err, I think center is not possible :/ And you have to use:

You can't even center in a post lol...
I think. Well there is no button to center.
