Cell Phone suggestions
Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular.
Plans;Minutes (Out/Incoming): 100; Messages(Out/Incoming): 100; Price: $20.99, deducted from each payday. Long Distance = 0
Minutes & Messages: 500; Price: $40.99; Long Distance = 100
Minutes & Messages: 1000; Price: $60.99 Long Distance = 250
Minutes & Messages: Unlimited; Price: $100.00; Long Distance = Unlimited
Vehicle Suggestions
Insurance: Plans;
Full Coverage = $1000, Liability = Yes; Price: $1500 a payday
Full Coverage = $3000, Liability = Yes; Price: $4000 a payday
Full Coverage = $10000, Liability = Yes; Price $15000 a payday

/disagree - cell phone suggestions - it's annoying to have to have a set plan on your cell phone. I think a pay-per-use basis is better than having a deductible.
/agree Insurance - When the server becomes more populated, I think insurance is a good(but hard to keep track of) idea for major engine crashes. A small bumper dent shouldn't be included in the package because of lag/player/client/sync issues. The prices seep too high, because the highest payday of all is $8000 for the head of SAPD.
Good ideas overall, hopefully you'll continue with your input. |

On the insurance thing, let me further clarify.
The full coverage is for example like this.
You get in a wreck, you damage just your bumper. It takes $200 out of your coverage so if you have 8000-200 = 7800 left on coverage. Liability = If you get in a wreck and its not your fault, then no amount is taken out of your coverage.
EDIT: and the each payday thing is for example like this.
If it was each payday, you pay 1500 for it, and you get 1000 coverage each payday
If it wasnt each payday you pay 1500 for it and you get 1000 coverage but you can keep buying 1500 worth.
